여러분의 졸업을 진심으로 축하드립니다.

2025년 가을(2024학년도 후기) 학위수여식 일정을 다음과 같이 안내하오니, 아래 일정을 참고하여 학위수여식에 참석하셔서 자리를 빛내 주시기 바랍니다.

● 학위수여식

- 장소 및 일시 : 2025년 8월 21일(목) 오후 2시, 가톨릭대학교 성심교정 콘서트홀

- 참석대상 : 석사과정 및 박사과정 졸업예정자 (가족 및 지인 동반 참석 가능)

● 학위복 대여

1. 대여대상 : 석사과정 졸업생

※ 박사과정 졸업생분들은 학위복을 개별적으로 준비하셔야 합니다.

※ 대여업체 연락처 : 춘추사(02-312-6661), 성의사(02-754-7650), 한국가운사(02-2202-5504)

※ 석사과정 졸업생분들은 학위복 대여시 학생증 또는 신분증을 지참해주시기 바랍니다.

2. 대여장소 : 가톨릭대학교 성심교정 김수환관 3층 K351호

3. 대여비용 : 10,000원 [학위복 대여시 현금으로 납부]

                        ※ 세탁비 인상으로 인해 대여비가 일부 조정된 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

4. 대여기간 : 8월 20일(수) 10:00 ~ 16:00,  8월 21일(목) 10:00 ~ 16:00 [총 2일]

※ 점심시간(12-13시)에는 대여 및 반납이 불가합니다. 

※ 학위복은 당일 반납을 원칙으로 하고 있습니다. [16시 전까지 대여한 장소로 다시 반납]

5. 학위복 대여 절차

: 신분증(또는 학생증)제출 → 대여비 납부, 학위복 대여 → 학위복 반납 → 신분증 수령

● 학위기 배부

1. 배부일자 : 8월 21일(목) 10:00 ~ (점심시간 및 주말, 공휴일 제외)

2. 배부장소 : (8월 21일 학위수여식 당일) 가톨릭대학교 성심교정 김수환관 3층 K351호 / (이후) 김수환관 3층 K340호 일반대학원교학팀

※ 학위기 우편 수령은 불가하며, 학위기 수령을 위해서 반드시 졸업생 본인의 학생증 또는 신분증을 지참하여 방문해주시기 바랍니다. (대리인 수령시에도 졸업대상자의 학생증 또는 신분증 지참)

※ 석사학위종별 대표자 및 학위수여식에 참석하시는 박사학위 졸업자 분들은 학위수여식 진행하면서 단상에 올라가 학위기 수령 예정입니다.

    석사학위종별 대표자에 대해서는 일반대학원교학팀에서 별도 유선연락을 완료하였습니다.

Notice of the 2025 Fall Graduation Ceremony

Dear Graduates,

Congratulations on your graduation!

We are pleased to announce the schedule for the 2025 Fall (2024 Academic Year Second Semester) Graduation Ceremony.

Please refer to the details below and join us to celebrate this special occasion.

● Graduation Ceremony

• Date & Time: Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 2:00 PM
• Venue: Concert Hall, Sungsim Campus, The Catholic University of Korea
• Eligible Participants: Graduating students of the Master’s and Doctoral programs (Family and friends are welcome to attend)
• 
  

● Academic Gown Rental

1. Rental Eligibility: Master’s graduates
   ※ Doctoral graduates must prepare their own academic gowns.
   ※ Academic gown rental service contacts:

   • Chunchusa: 02-312-6661
   • Seonguisa: 02-754-7650
   • Korea Gown Company: 02-2202-5504
     ※ Master’s graduates must bring their student ID or identification card when renting an academic gown.

2. Rental Location: Room K351, 3rd Floor, Kim Sou-hwan Hall

3. Rental Fee: 10,000 KRW (to be paid in cash at the time of rental)

4.                               ※ Due to increased laundry costs, the rental fee has been adjusted.

6. Rental Period: Wednesday, August 20, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM  / Thursday, August 21, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Total of 2 days)  
   ※ Rentals and returns are not available during lunch break (12:00 PM – 1:00 PM).
   ※ Academic gowns must be returned on the same day by 4:00 PM to the rental location.

7. Rental Process: Submit Student ID (or identification card) → Pay rental fee → Receive academic gown → Return academic gown → Retrieve Student ID

● Degree Certificate Distribution

1. Distribution Date: Thursday, August 21, 2025, from 10:00 AM (excluding lunch breaks, weekends, and public holidays)

   (Afterwards) Room K340, 3rd Floor, Kim Sou-hwan Hall, Graduate School Office

   ※ Degree certificates cannot be mailed and must be collected in person by the graduate with a student ID or identification card.
   ※ If collected by a proxy, the proxy must bring the graduate’s student ID or identification card.
   ※ Representatives of each Master’s degree category and Doctoral graduates attending the ceremony will receive their degree certificates on stage during the ceremony. 

6.    Master’s representatives have already been contacted separately by the Graduate School Office.

● Photo Zones on Campus

1. Photo Zone Locations: In front of the Library and Michael Hall Plaza

亲爱的毕业生们，衷心祝贺你们顺利毕业！

现将2025年秋季（2024学年度后期）学位授予仪式的相关安排通知如下，请各位参考以下日程并踊跃参加，共同见证这一重要时刻。

● 学位授予仪式

• 时间及地点：2025年8月21日（周四）下午2点，加图立大学콘서트홀(音乐厅)
• 参加对象：硕士及博士毕业生（可携带家人及亲友参加）

● 学位服租借

1. 租借对象：硕士毕业生
   ※ 博士毕业生需自行准备学位服。
   ※ 学位服租借机构联系方式：

     ※ 硕士毕业生租借学位服时需携带学生证或身份证。

8. 学位服租借流程：
   提交身份证（或学生证） → 缴纳租借费用 → 领取学位服 → 归还学位服 → 领取身份证

1. 发放时间：8月21日（周四）10:00起（午休时间、周末及公休日除外）

   （此后）김수환馆3楼 K340室 研究生院办公室 

   
   ※ 学位证不提供邮寄服务，毕业生须本人持学生证或身份证到场领取。
   ※ 如由代理人领取，需携带毕业生的学生证或身份证。
   ※ 硕士学位类别代表及参加学位授予仪式的博士毕业生将在仪式上登台领取学位证（硕士学位类别代表已由研究生院办公室另行电话通知） 。
