I love to read, love culture, am fascinated by things that are fun and entertaining, and enjoy exploring new and unfamiliar perspectives. She is interested in predicting future cultural trends and studying cultural experience and enjoyment. His cultural insights can be found in books such as <Character Education, Standing on the Boundary>, <Reading Les Misérables in Our Time>, <The Cultural Genes of Koreans>, and <Analysing Mass Media Storytelling>.

His research focuses on the cultural policies, the cultural & creative industries, the cultural management and more latterly the cultural heritage, the convergence of arts and technology. Before entering academia he worked as a cultural policy researcher in the Korea Culture & Tourism Institute, Korea Creative Content Agency. In addition, he has worked extensively as a policy researcher and consultant in the arts and cultural sector, including the cultural policy projects in the Mininstry of Culture, local authorities, and public cultural organizations. He was the President of Korean Association of Arts Management in 2015. He is the author of Cultural Policy in Creative Society.

As a researcher and creator of cultural contents and storytelling, including film, games, metaverses, and performances, she focuses on research, education, and creative activities that focus on the changing storytelling technologies as media evolve and find humanistic values in them. Her books include <Story Universe>, ,<K-Storytelling>, <What Happens in the Metaverse>, and <I play the games, therefore I am>.

Graduated from Catholic University and graduated with honors from the Frosinone National Conservatory of Music in Italy, and completed the highest level of education.

Won prizes at the Franco Corelli International Vocal Competition, Mario del Monaco International Vocal Competition, Respighi International Vocal Competition in Italy, and Licinio Lepice International Vocal Competition in Italy. Performed <Madame Butterfly> at the National Theater of St. Gallen, Switzerland, the National Theater of Regensburg, Germany, and the National Theater of Klagenfurt, Austria, and actively performed as a leading role in operas in Rome, Pescara, Siena, Frosinone, Naples, and Florence, Italy. As a young new vocalist representing Korea, he has collaborated with conductor Myung-whun Chung and the Fuji Opera Broadcasting Station Orchestra of Japan, and has collaborated with the University of Tokyo Orchestra of Japan on opera Il Trovatore and art songs. He has been invited to various concerts, including the CBS Classical Music Concert-hosted opera <Madame Butterfly>, the National Prayer Breakfast Eve Concert, the Donghae City Choir Regular Concert Invitation Performance, the Chungnam Symphony Orchestra Regular Concert, and the Charity Concert with Conductor Myung-whun Chung. He has been conducting solo recitals every year in 2020, 2021, 2023, and 2024, and continues his research and performance activities.
